1050 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

This document sets out the terms governing use of the 1050 platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of the services offered.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 1050 platform (including the website, mobile app and all related services), you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the 1050 platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold and have full legal capacity to accept these terms. 1050 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1050 platform. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Registering under a false identity, using another person's details or providing misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without prior notice.

Password Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. 1050 will never request your password via email or any unofficial communication. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately and change your password.

Identity Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, which involves submitting valid identification documents. This is a standard safeguard to protect the funds of all members.

Geographic Restrictions

The 1050 platform is designed for users in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them. 1050 reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 1050 platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates the law, disrupts platform operations, or negatively affects other users' experience. Specifically prohibited activities include:

Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised method to access or exploit the platform.
Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the security systems of the 1050 platform.
Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods, including multi-account fraud.
Transferring or sharing your account with any third party without prior written consent from 1050.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Spreading false information, defamatory content or harmful material through any of the platform's communication channels.

1050 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the 1050 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used is in their own name. Using a credit card or bank account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.

Successful deposits credited to a user's account are non-refundable except under circumstances specified by the platform's policies. Withdrawals will be processed once identity verification is complete and all bonus-related wagering requirements have been fully met.

1050 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Where there is evidence of fraud or a breach of terms, 1050 reserves the right to reverse transactions and close the relevant accounts.

All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be stated within the user's account.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Service Disruption Policy

Liability Limits

The 1050 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1050 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss or unexpected game outcomes.

Account Suspension & Closure

1050 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraud, suspicious activity or a request from the relevant authorities. Where a breach of terms is confirmed, the account balance may be withheld for further investigation or forfeited entirely depending on the outcome of that investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending bets and fulfilment of any applicable withdrawal conditions.

Service Disruption

1050 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond 1050's control may cause temporary disruptions. Bets placed during a verified technical disruption may be subject to review and cancellation at management's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1050 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 1050 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of these elements without express written permission.

Third-Party Links

The 1050 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 1050 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any external sites. Visiting third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

1050 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to these terms.
